Yes! For $1.20 per glass and $3.60 per water carafe, our bartenders will fill and place water at each guests spot to be ready for dinner service!

We offer 2 sizes of champagne towers! Our most popular size being 14 coupes for $90 or 30 coupes for $180

Yes! We often have the bar open prior to the ceremony! If you would like for our bartenders to pass champagne or other drinks to guests upon arrival it would cost $1 per drink!

Our bartenders will plan to set tip jars on top of their bars for the entire duration of the event. In the case of wanting to remove the tip jar, please reach out to your bar specialist.

Kegs can often be finicky and prone to issues that can create more work and cost than anticipated. They require proper handling, including keeping them at the right temperature and ensuring the taps function correctly, which can be challenging during an event. If the keg isn’t properly tapped or if it runs out unexpectedly, it can lead to service delays and wasted product. Additionally, while kegs might seem like a cost-effective choice upfront, they can actually end up being more expensive when considering the additional costs of transport, equipment rental (like tap systems), and the potential for leftover beer that can’t be reused. With cans or bottles, we can better control inventory and avoid these logistical challenges, ultimately saving you money and ensuring a smoother experience for your event.
With that being said, you can have kegs under the condition that you have them delivered to the venue and placed in tubs, on ice behind the bar prior to the bartenders arrival. The keg(s) will also need to stay stationary for the entire event.

When LiquidMotion and Bloom Lake Barn teamed up, we also partnered with Mac's Liquor to handle all alcohol-related logistics! LiquidMotion and Mac's will coordinate the delivery and return of all alcoholic products. Alternatively, if you choose to provide the alcohol yourself, we ask that you split the supply evenly between the upstairs and downstairs bars. Additionally, we’ll need you to send us a detailed list of the items you will be providing.

Glassware does not come in the base package but it is available to rent! We have a variety of styles that are all priced at $1.20/glass!

Yes, absolutely! We love incorporating fun, personalized cocktails into your special day. Have a theme in mind? We can match it! Want to name a drink after your furry family members? We’re all for it! Let’s make it unique and memorable.

It really depends on what the drink is! If the ingredients are already in your package then yes! However if the ingredients need to be sourced elsewhere then there will be additional charges. (Excluding alcohol)

Prior to your big day we will come up with a plan A and a plan B! When our bartenders arrive on site, they will connect with you or your day of coordinator to decide on which plan to move forward with!

Factors like glassware, water service, wine pours, and bar moves all influence the number of bartenders needed to bring your vision to life. As a general rule, we recommend 1 bartender for every 75 guests, but keep in mind that other considerations may affect this.

Yes! If you would like to create your own you are more than welcome to as long as it is approved by a member of our team! We also offer the option to have our team create a custom menu for $50 or a custom menu with pictures for $75!
