Professional Event Bartender
LiquidMotion Bartending | Twin Cities
LiquidMotion Bartending is looking to add part-time, seasonal event bartenders to our team! We work weddings, private parties, and corporate events all over the Twin Cities and Minnesota. We’re searching for people who care about great service and enjoy working in fast-paced, fun event environments. Bartending experience is helpful, but not required. A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong hospitality mindset are must-haves!
What the Job Looks Like
Making and serving high quality cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and N/A beverages
Providing friendly, professional service at events of all kinds
Loading and unloading bar equipment and supplies
Setting up and breaking down bars at a variety of venues
Helping create smooth and unforgettable experiences for clients and guests
Schedule & Availability
Part-time, seasonal position
Weekend availability required (Friday–Sunday)
Typically 12–30 hours per week, depending on your availability and event schedule
We’re hiring bartenders with all levels of availability, whether you’re looking to work a couple of events per month, one shift per week or multiple shifts per week! The more availability you have, the more opportunities we’re able to offer - but flexible schedules are welcome.
Training & Support
We have an extensive hands-on training program to make sure you feel confident before working on your own. You’ll be paired with a designated trainers who have worked hundreds of events to work alongside you, You will learn our service style, bar setup, event flow in real-time, and showcase how LiquidMotion Bartenders go above and beyond just serving drinks. We don’t throw anyone into an event without proper training and support!
Hiring Timeline
Most of our hiring happens between April- May, as we ramp up for our event season starting in May.
